Waaree Energies Subsidiary Invests $30M in United Solar Holdings; Q3 Profit Jumps 26%
•Waaree Solar Americas Inc., a Waaree Energies subsidiary, will invest $30 million in United Solar Holdings Inc. for 5.37 million Series B preferred shares.
•The share subscription agreement was signed on March 10 and is not a related party transaction.
•Waaree Energies secured a 500 MW solar module supply order from a domestic developer for FY27.
•Q3 net profit rose 26% sequentially to ₹1,062 crore, with revenue up 24.7% to ₹7,656 crore.
•EBITDA increased 37.2% to ₹1,928 crore, and EBITDA margin improved to 25.5%.
