•He started making kulfi from fruit pulp after an experiment with leftover milk in 2022 proved successful.
•Invested six lakh rupees in machinery and a transport vehicle to scale up his kulfi production.
•Offers seven to eight types of kulfi, including fruit pulp varieties, priced from 10 to 30 rupees.
•Achieves an annual turnover of 25 to 30 lakh rupees, with a net income of 12 to 15 lakh rupees.
