•A minor boy fatally stabbed 48-year-old auto-rickshaw driver Jayaram Naidu in Kurla, Mumbai.
•The incident occurred after Naidu denied the minor a seat in his auto-rickshaw.
•Enraged by the refusal, the minor attacked Naidu with a knife, stabbing him in the neck.
•Naidu collapsed in a pool of blood and was declared dead at a nearby hospital.
•Police have taken the minor into custody in connection with the murder.
