He initially ordered two saplings from Uttar Pradesh as an experiment; one withered, but the other thrived.

After three years, the surviving 'Miya Jaki Aam' plant has blossomed, raising hopes for a successful harvest.
•
Dubey plans to expand cultivation significantly, ordering 100 more saplings, if the fruit's taste proves good.
•
His orchard already boasts over 500 mango trees of various varieties, with fruit expected two months post-blossoming.
