•The 100th Polipalli Paidithalli Ammavaru Jathara in Rajam town, Uttarandhra, commenced with grand celebrations.
•The Netrotsavam (eye-opening ceremony) was a highlight, with idols taken in a procession from hereditary trustee Vakacherla Durga Prasad's residence.
•Idols were moved to the Lankalapalli family residence in Kondampeta village, attracting large crowds and cultural programs.
•The Jathara concludes on Tuesday with Ghatotsavam, involving special pujas, homams, and the re-installation of Ammavaru's idols.
•The coalition government declared the Polipalli Paidithalli Ammavaru festival a state festival, bringing joy to devotees and honoring Uttarandhra.
