Visakhapatnam to Hold Adult Literacy Pre-Final Exam on Feb 28

•Visakhapatnam district to conduct pre-final Foundational Literacy and Numeracy Assessment Test (FLNAT) for adult learners on February 28.
•The exam is part of the Central Government's ULLAS program and the State Government's Aksharandhra scheme.
•Aimed at making adults aged 15 and above, who missed formal education, literate with basic life skills.
•Aksharandhra scheme targets making Visakhapatnam a fully adult literate district by 2029.
•The offline exam will be held from 10 AM to 5 PM, with a three-hour duration, and results to be registered in the Aksharandhra app.
