•Maruti Wagon R led February 2026 hatchback sales with 14,885 units, despite a 25% year-on-year decline.
•The Wagon R offers 34 km/kg mileage (CNG), 6 airbags, and advanced features, starting at ₹4.99 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
•Maruti Suzuki Swift (14,833 units) and Baleno (14,632 units) secured second and third spots, both seeing sales declines.
•Maruti Suzuki Alto sales increased by 15% to 9,787 units, placing it fourth, while Tata Tiago saw a marginal 1% rise to 7,040 units.
•Other top sellers include Hyundai i20, Hyundai Grand i10 Nios, Toyota Glanza, Tata Altroz, and Maruti Suzuki Ignis.
