Nepal-India Forge Blood Bond at Raxaul Border, Moving Beyond 'Daughter-Bread' Ties
•India and Nepal transformed their traditional 'daughter-bread' relationship into a 'blood relationship' through a mega blood donation camp at the Raxaul border.
•The event, organized with Lions Clubs International from both countries, saw participation from soldiers, officers, and common citizens.
•Nepali blood will now be available to Indians and Indian blood to Nepalis in times of crisis, strengthening cross-border cooperation.
•Donors were honored with 'Raktveer' (Blood Hero) certificates, symbolizing brotherhood and peace.
