•1,113 candidates appointed as Assistant Teachers in UP after a decade-long legal battle.
•Appointments for Science and Math positions in upper primary schools, following a Supreme Court order.
•Surendra Kumar Tiwari, Secretary, Basic Education Council, allotted districts based on Jan 29, 2025 SC order.
•Appointment and posting process for selected candidates to be completed by March 19, 2026.
•232 candidates with document discrepancies get another counseling chance on March 28.
