CM Sai Cracks Down on Opium Cultivation, Launches Electricity Bill Relief Scheme

•CM Vishnu Deo Sai orders collectors to submit a 15-day survey report on illegal opium cultivation, enforcing a zero-tolerance policy.
•New opium cultivation cases found in Durg, Kusmi, and Turrapani (Balrampur); police detain two, arrest fourth accused in Durg case.
•CM launches "Chief Minister Electricity Bill Resolution Scheme" in Raipur for financially struggling consumers.
•Scheme offers relief of over Rs 757 crore to 28.42 lakh consumers, with up to 75% discount and 100% surcharge relief.
•Consumers can now pay outstanding electricity bills in a lump sum or easy installments.
