Tollywood Veteran Tamal Roy Chowdhury Dies at 80 in Sleep, Industry Mourns

Veteran Tollywood actor Tamal Roy Chowdhury passed away at 80 in his sleep on Monday at 3:30 AM.
•
A successful stage and screen actor and theater director, he is survived by his son, daughter, and wife.
•
He had been suffering from various age-related ailments and heart problems, having a pacemaker implanted.
•
Due to illness and old age, he had stayed away from acting for a significant period.
•
His body will be brought to Technician Studio at 4 PM today for final respects, followed by last rites at Keoratala Mahashmashan.
