Yog Foundation Busted: Counterfeit Notes Worth 2.9 Crore Seized, '1500 for 500' Scheme

Ahmedabad police seized counterfeit currency worth 2.9 crore rupees, busting a major racket run by 'Yog Foundation'.
•
The accused, Pradeep Guruji alias Pradeep Jotangia, and his associates were arrested; they operated an ashram.
•
Counterfeit notes were transported in a vehicle with "Government of India" and "AYUSH Ministry" stickers to evade detection.
•
The gang offered 1500 rupees in fake currency for every 500 rupees in genuine currency, aiming to circulate notes nationwide.
•
Police also seized printing machines, ink, and other equipment from a house and the 'Shri Satya Yoga Foundation' ashram in Surat.
