•The incident occurred in Raichandwala village; Reshma died en route to the hospital after being attacked in her home.
•Ajay suspected Reshma of stealing his father's chickens, leading to the fatal confrontation.
•Reshma, whose husband passed away last year, leaves behind two sons, Yuvraj (12) and Hanuman (8).
•Police have registered a murder case based on the mother-in-law's statement and are searching for the absconding accused.
