•Himachal Pradesh experienced clear weather and rising temperatures on Friday across most regions.
•Minimum temperatures were 2-3 degrees Celsius above normal in many areas, while maximum temperatures rose by 2-7 degrees Celsius.
•Keylong recorded the lowest minimum temperature at -3.7°C, and Una had the highest maximum at 29.0°C.
•A weak Western Disturbance is forecast from February 22, bringing light rain/snowfall to isolated areas on Feb 22-23.
•Temperatures are expected to fluctuate, with an initial rise followed by a drop in both minimum and maximum readings.
