From ₹1 to ₹10: 'Pandit Ji Litti Wale' Conquers Jamshedpur with Fried Litti
•
Sabir Singh, originally from Bihar, started his fried Litti business in Jamshedpur in 1996 after struggling to find employment.
•
He began by selling fried Litti for just ₹1 per piece, a unique Bihari delicacy deep-fried in oil, distinct from regular Litti.
•
His business grew steadily, and today, the same fried Litti is sold for ₹10 per piece, served with potato-chickpea curry.
•
Known for cleanliness and authentic taste, his shop, 'Pandit Ji Litti Wale', attracts customers from far and wide, operating from 6 AM to 5 PM.
•
The shop, located near the CRS Gate of Tata Motors, also offers Bihar's famous Chura-Dahi, showcasing how hard work can lead to success.
