•Officials found the construction to be of very low quality, specifically noting the absence of a vibrator during concrete casting.
•Aradhya Construction Company of Rewa, the contractor, has been issued a show-cause notice.
•The department took immediate action due to increased vigilance after recent incidents like a railway overbridge collapse.
