•He earns Rs 200-300 daily selling brooms and toilet cleaners on his 12-year-old moped, supporting a family of five.
•The bill includes Rs 31,000 for December and Rs 8,000 for January, totaling Rs 39,000.
•Ansari has been visiting offices for two months, including the Collectorate, but has received no relief and faces a disconnection threat.
•He states he cannot pay the bill even by selling his moped, which is his sole means of livelihood.
