•A 17-year-old 12th-grade student, Shankar, was stabbed outside Mamasaheb Mohol College in Kothrud, Pune, after his board exam.
•Three youths attacked Shankar with a knife, causing a head injury, stemming from an old dispute over a girl during their 10th grade.
•Police have apprehended one accused and seized the weapon, while the search for the other two attackers is ongoing.
•Shankar received immediate medical treatment and is reported to be out of danger.
•Authorities are investigating the duration and full scope of the dispute, as well as any other potential motives.
