RPF busts drug trafficking, seizes 43 kg narcotics worth Rs 12.82 lakh; one arrested

•Central Railway RPF seized 43 kg narcotics valued at Rs 12.82 lakh in two separate operations.
•At Nagpur Railway Station, Shahid Khan was arrested with 24.80 kg ganja (Rs 3.72 lakh) while transporting it to Gwalior.
•An unclaimed bag with 18.20 kg ganja (Rs 9.10 lakh) was found on Train No. 11020 Konark Express at Kalaburagi.
•Operations highlight strong coordination between RPF and GRP to prevent drug trafficking via rail network.
•Railways have increased vigilance to curb misuse of the network for illicit drug transportation.
