Bay of Bengal Low Pressure: 12 States Brace for Rain, Storms; IMD Issues Alert

•A strong Low Pressure Area in the Bay of Bengal will impact weather in eastern, northeastern, and southern India.
•Rain, thunder, lightning, and strong winds are expected in multiple states due to the cyclonic system moving northeast.
•Heavy rain is forecast for parts of South Tamil Nadu and South Kerala; Andaman & Nicobar Islands also on alert.
•Thunderstorms and lightning likely in Odisha, Arunachal Pradesh, East MP, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, West Bengal, Assam, Meghalaya.
•Temperatures in Northwest India may rise by 3-4 degrees Celsius; Delhi to see clear skies with rising temperatures.
