•The school operated under a tarpaulin with temporary brick walls, and the blackboard was constructed directly into the wall.
•The incident occurred as school dismissal approached, trapping the child under debris.
•School directors fled after the accident; police are conducting raids to apprehend them.
•The school, recognized up to 12th grade with 350 students, is now under inquiry by the Education Department regarding safety standards.
