Barmer Police Busts 8.5 Crore MD Drug Factory Hidden in Poultry Farm

•Police in Barmer, Rajasthan, uncovered an MD drug factory disguised as a poultry farm in Singhar village, near the Pakistan border.
•The factory was producing 'white poison' (MD drug) using an 'indigenous setup,' including a traditional churning machine (bilona) for chemicals.
•Authorities seized 4 kg 73 grams of pure MD drug, 34.746 liters of suspicious chemicals, over 48 kg of powders, and 540 grams of poppy husk.
•The total international market value of the seized narcotics and machinery is estimated at approximately 8.50 crore rupees.
•The landowner, Adam Khan, has been arrested, and a search is underway for three other accused: Karim Khan, Nawalaram, and Jiyaram.
