2,000 e-rickshaws to operate on 4 designated routes with fixed fare of 25 rupees per passenger.

Tokens issued to verified drivers; e-rickshaws prohibited in main KhatuShyam ji town.

Over 5,000 security personnel (Rajasthan Police, RAC, Home Guard) deployed for crowd management.
•
17 km route from Khatu to Ringas declared a no-vehicle zone for the duration of the fair.
