•Preet Foundation's 'Pehli Roti Gaay Ki' campaign, initiated by Preeti Sanjay Malu, aims to revive the tradition of feeding the first homemade roti to cows.
•The campaign started in Gujarat in 2023 and has now expanded to Barmer and Balotra in Rajasthan, reaching over 100 schools.
•More than 1 lakh students, including playgroup children, have joined the initiative, fostering devotion towards cow service and Sanatan Vedic culture.
•Preeti Malu was inspired to launch the campaign after witnessing the plight of cows during the COVID-19 pandemic in Mumbai.
•The goal is to expand the 'Pehli Roti Gaay Ki' campaign from Barmer to every district across Rajasthan.
