•Cybercriminals convinced him to invest in a fake trading website, showing fabricated profits to gain his trust.
•The fraud was exposed when he attempted to withdraw funds, and the culprits demanded an additional 15% commission.
•Police warn the public against social media investment ads and advise verifying credibility before investing, reporting fraud to 1930.
