GHMC Property Tax: Pay by March 31 for 90% Interest Rebate or Face Seizure!

•GHMC targets Rs. 3,000 crore property tax for FY 2025-26; Rs. 830 crore still pending with March 31 deadline approaching.
•Commissioner R.V. Karnan ordered immediate seizure of properties with large outstanding dues; top defaulter lists are ready.
•Telangana government offers a One Time Settlement (OTS) scheme with a 90% rebate on property tax interest until March 31.
•Pay principal amount plus 10% of accrued interest by March 31 to avail the significant OTS scheme benefits.
•Tax payment options include ghmc.gov.in, MyCURE app, Meeseva centers, or GHMC Citizen Service Centers.
