Hyderabad Samosa Racket Busted: Rotten Eggs, Adulterated Oil Used

•Kulsumpura police busted a large-scale adulterated samosa manufacturing unit on Moosi riverbank near Jiyaguda bypass road.
•The unit, run by Abdul Rasheed (73), used rotten eggs, adulterated oil, worm-infested flour, and rotten vegetables.
•Samosas were prepared in extremely unhygienic conditions, directly on the floor.
•Thousands of these adulterated samosas were supplied daily to small hotels, bakeries, and street vendors across the city.
•Police seized adulterated maida, oil cans, rotten eggs, and took five individuals, including Abdul Rasheed, into custody.
