CM Yogi's Mega Plan: UP MLAs to Propose Rs 5 Cr Development Projects in 1 Week

CM Yogi Adityanath directs all UP MLAs to submit development proposals worth up to Rs 5 crore for their constituencies within one week.
•
Proposals, focusing on roads, drainage, education, and health, must be sent to the Chief Minister's Office.
•
District Magistrates will review proposals, and funds will be released immediately upon approval, with MLAs monitoring progress.
•
For the first time, Members of the Legislative Council (MLCs) are also invited to submit development proposals.
•
This initiative aims to accelerate development and strengthen public outreach before the 2027 assembly elections.
