•Suspects arrested in Ghaziabad installed solar-powered CCTVs in sensitive areas of Sonepat and Delhi.
•Control of these CCTVs was kept by the accused to send inputs to Pakistan.
•More than two dozen people are on intelligence agencies' radar; some connected to the network are absconding.
•A woman named Mehak was arrested, responsible for honey trapping and conversing with several individuals.
•All suspects received instructions from Pakistan and were sharing information about important locations for money.
