RPF Rescues 5 Child Laborers from Seemanchal Express at DDU Junction

- •The children, all from Araria district, Bihar, were found in a frightened state with an adult, Majid, who was taking them to Delhi for child labor.
- •Majid had promised the children 10,000 rupees monthly for 12 hours of work in a bindi-making company in Delhi, after paying their guardians an advance.
- •The children's families were unaware of the nature and location of the work their children would be doing.
- •The rescued children were handed over to the Child Help Desk, and accused Majid was transferred to Mughalsarai Police Station for legal action.
