•Holi songs were sung to the beats of traditional instruments like Hudka, harmonium, and tabla, without modern DJs or loud music systems.
•Celebrations included Baithaki Holi with ragas and Khadi Holi with circular dancing, reflecting gods, seasons, and social life.
•Traditional foods like jaggery/semolina halwa, spicy potatoes, bhang chutney, and mandua roti were prepared, not market gujiya.
•Migrant workers returned, and the entire village celebrated together around bonfires, fostering a strong sense of community and belonging.
