Five Youths Die, Four Injured in Cooch Behar Factory Electrocution Tragedy

•Five people died and four others were injured due to electrocution at a stone chips manufacturing factory in Garhkura, Dinhata, Cooch Behar.
•The incident occurred around 5:30 PM on Sunday when an iron rod on a casting machine came into contact with an 11,000-volt high-tension power line.
•Laborers moving the machine reportedly forgot to lower the iron rod, leading to the fatal accident.
•The deceased have been identified as Mukul Barman (29), Raju Sen, Raju Sen, Suman, and Sanjay Barman.
•Three injured individuals are in serious condition at Dinhata Sub-Divisional Hospital; bodies sent for post-mortem.
