Gas Cylinder Blast Injures Elderly Woman in North 24 Parganas

•An elderly woman was injured in a gas cylinder blast and fire in Daspara, Rozipur, Ward No. 6 of Taki Municipality, North 24 Parganas.
•Deepali Ghosh, living alone, was at home when the fire erupted, suspected to be from a gas leak.
•Important documents and cash were burnt as the fire spread rapidly inside the house.
•Local residents initially tried to douse the flames before one fire engine arrived and brought the situation under control.
•The injured woman received primary medical treatment; an investigation into the cause is underway.
