Holi Duty Tragedy: Police Officer, Driver Killed in West Medinipur Accident

•A police officer and the driver of a police vehicle died in a tragic road accident in West Medinipur while on Holi duty.
•The accident occurred late Tuesday night in the Satbankura area of Chandrakona Road, involving a head-on collision with a lorry.
•Three other police personnel were seriously injured and are currently admitted to Medinipur Medical College and Hospital.
•The lorry driver fled the scene after the accident; police have launched an investigation and are searching for the absconding driver.
•Superintendent of Police Palash Chandra Dhali expressed sorrow, stating an investigation has been launched into the incident.
