•His arrival in 1511 AD abolished the caste system, leaving a lasting influence and preserved footprints.
•Dol Purnima, his appearance day, sees thousands of devotees gather for 3-4 days of celebration.
•He performed Lila Kirtan and distributed offerings on Adiganga's banks, giving the area its name Chhatrabhog.
•Footprints were permanently installed in 1933 AD by Saraswati Goswami Maharaj; Adiganga's flow is now diminished.
