Youth Stabbed, Head Smashed at Canning Gambling Den Over Winnings Dispute

•A youth was allegedly stabbed in the stomach and had his head smashed during an altercation at a gambling den in Canning, South 24 Parganas.
•The incident occurred late Wednesday night in the Herobhanga area under Canning Police Station.
•Abhijit Raut, the victim, was attacked after demanding his winnings from the accused, Bhola and Nuro, who refused to pay.
•Abhijit was rescued by his family and is currently undergoing treatment at Canning Sub-Divisional Hospital.
•A written complaint has been filed at Canning Police Station, and police have detained one accused while investigating the incident.
