Dwarka, once a backward area, is now a premium hub after PM Modi inaugurated the Yashobhoomi Center on September 17, 2023.

Yashobhoomi, India's first International Convention and Expo Center, is the world's largest, built at 5400 crore rupees over 219 acres.
•
It features an underground metro connecting IGI T3 to New Delhi Railway Station, 3000 car parking, and can accommodate 11,000 people.
•
The center, larger than Bharat Mandapam, has boosted Dwarka's development, attracting international events and improving infrastructure.
•
Property rates have surged; a 2BHK now costs up to 1 crore, 3BHK over 3 crore, and land over 5 crore rupees.
