•District Collector Adarsh Surabhi urges youth to pursue skills in the handloom sector through IIHT diploma admissions.
•Konda Laxman Bapuji Indian Institute of Handloom Technology (KLB IIHT) in Hyderabad to release admission notification for Diploma in Handloom & Textile Technology (DHTT) in the first week of April 2026.
•The diploma course offers comprehensive knowledge in designing, weaving, dyeing, printing, testing, and finishing.
•Graduates of the course will have good employment opportunities in the textile industry.
•60 seats available, admissions based on 10th grade (SSC) merit and government reservation rules; selected students receive a Rs. 2,500 monthly stipend.
