Kolkata Metro Boosts Sunday Services in January for Holiday Rush
- •Kolkata Metro Railways will operate additional services on January 11, 18, and 25 (Sundays) to facilitate winter holiday travel.
- •Blue Line (Dakshineswar-Shahid Khudiram) will run 160 services instead of the usual 130, with trains every 8 minutes from 3:20 PM to 7:20 PM.
- •Green Line (Howrah Maidan-Salt Lake Sector V) will increase services from 108 to 124, with trains every 10 minutes from 4:02 PM to 8:30 PM.
- •First trains on both Blue and Green Lines will depart at 9:00 AM, with last services extending into late evening.
- •Normal services will continue on the Yellow Line, but Orange Line and Purple Line will have no services on these Sundays.
