•The Thane-Borivali underground tunnel, costing ₹18,838 crore, is scheduled for completion by June 2028.
•A ₹2100 crore underground tunnel on the Kharghar-Turbhe route is expected to be completed by September 2028, benefiting Navi Mumbaikars.
