Shekhawati's Religious Tourism Soars: 6 Holy Sites to Get Rail Connectivity

Shekhawati's religious tourism, including Khatu Shyam Ji and Salasar Balaji, is set for a major boost with a new rail network.
•
Six major religious sites will be connected, forming a new tourism circuit, enhancing faith, study, and livelihood opportunities.
•
A 17.49 km broad gauge line from Khatu Shyam Ji to Reengus is under construction at a cost of 254 crores.
•
Surveys are underway for new lines connecting Khatu Shyam Ji to Palsana (17.98 km) and Sikar to Salasar and Sujangarh (84.03 km).
•
The project will link Khatu Shyam Ji, Jeen Mata, Salasar, Jain Vishwa Bharati, Guru Jambheshwar's Samadhi Sthal, and Karni Mata Temple.
