Sikar Gets 7.7 Crore for Water Crisis: Every Home to Get Water, Scarcity Ends

•Sikar district allocated 7.7 crore rupees to combat drinking water crisis, ensuring timely repairs and supply.
•First phase prioritizes rural areas: replacing faulty pipelines, repairing tube well motors, and mending handpumps.
•Urban areas receive 2.5 crore rupees for maintenance of drinking water lines in eight towns, ensuring regular supply.
•Advance budget allows immediate resolution of technical problems by Public Health Engineering Department.
•Separate 3.6 crore rupee plan for tanker water supply, with 65 lakh for urban and 2.41 crore for rural areas, to alleviate severe scarcity.
