"నాకు ఒక కన్నుపోతే.. నా శత్రువుకి రెండు కళ్లూ పోవాలి" అనే కాన్సెప్ట్. అమెరికా దీన్నే నమ్ముతుంది. నమ్మడమే కాదు.. ఆచరణలోనూ అమలుచేస్తోంది. మరోలా చెప్పాలంటే.. సడెన్‌గా ఏ అణుబాంబో పడి.. అమెరికా మొత్తం బూడిదలా మారితే.. ఆ తర్వాత ఆ అణుబాంబు వేసిన దేశాన్ని బూడిదలా మార్చే పనిని ఓ విమానం చేపడుతుంది. అదే E-6B మెర్క్యురీ విమానం. అందుకే దీన్ని యుగాంతపు విమానం, డూమ్స్‌డే విమానం అని పిలుస్తారు. తమ శత్రుదేశాలపై ఎప్పటికీ తమదే పైచేయి అయివుండాలి అనే ఉద్దేశంతో అమెరికా ఇలాంటి 16 విమానాల్ని తన దగ్గర రెడీగా ఉంచుకుంది. వాటిలో ఒక విమానం ఇప్పుడు ఇరాన్ గగనతలంపై చాలా ఎత్తులో తిరుగుతోంది. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్, తెలంగాణలో ఉన్న మనకు.. ఆ విమానం గురించి తెలుసుకుంటే.. ప్రతీదీ చిత్రంగానే ఉంటుంది. •The US has deployed an E-6B Mercury 'Doomsday' aircraft over Iranian airspace, capable of initiating nuclear retaliation.
•The E-6B Mercury, a modified Boeing 707, serves as an airborne command post for US strategic forces, relaying nuclear orders.
•Equipped with VLF antennas and EMP-hardened, it can communicate with submarines and withstand nuclear blasts, flying for days with aerial refueling.
•This strategic deployment aims to deter Iran, potentially influencing its drone attacks and control over the Strait of Hormuz.
•Flying at 40,000 feet and escorted by F-35s, the aircraft is beyond Iran's current defensive capabilities, posing a constant threat.
