Hooghly Braces for Rain: IMD Forecasts Thunderstorms Today & Tomorrow

•IMD predicts scattered light rain with thunderstorms for Hooghly today, Monday, and possibly Tuesday.
•Rainfall is expected within hours, driven by moisture from the Bay of Bengal and a western disturbance.
•Alipore Meteorological Department meteorologist Anwesha Bhattacharya confirmed the forecast.
•Hooghly's maximum temperature is expected to drop slightly to around 31 degrees Celsius today from Sunday's 34 degrees.
•Kolkata also experienced scattered rainfall on Sunday.
