Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Gangadharrao Fadnavis visited Tarapith Maa Tara Temple after a party program.

Tarapith, a prominent pilgrimage site in Birbhum district, is sacred to Tantric practitioners and houses Maa Tara, one of the Dasha Mahavidyas.

Fadnavis spent considerable time in the sanctum sanctorum, offering a saree, gamchha, churni, rose water, attar, flower garland, and lotus flowers.

He expressed his prayers for the well-being of West Bengal residents and sought Maa Tara's blessings for himself and the state.

Tight security measures were implemented across the temple premises and the entire Tarapith area for the Chief Minister's visit.
