•Heavy rainfall expected in southern Tamil Nadu and Kerala on February 21-22.
•Kerala and Mahe to experience light to moderate rain with lightning and strong winds (30-40 km/h) on February 21-22.
•Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, and South Interior Karnataka to see rain/thunderstorms.
•Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Rayalaseema, Telangana, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, and Gangetic West Bengal also affected.
•Fishermen advised to avoid Bay of Bengal, Comorin region, Gulf of Mannar, Kerala coast, and Lakshadweep from Feb 21-26.
