•A 21-year-old youth, Rahul Shrikant Satnami, died in Pune's Erandwane area after a plastic water tank fell on him.
•The incident occurred while Rahul was installing the tank on the roof of Gulmohar Apartment for a pathology laboratory.
•An iron supporting rod broke, causing the heavy tank to fall directly onto Rahul, leading to severe internal injuries.
•Rahul was rushed to a private hospital but succumbed to his injuries during treatment.
•His mother, Seema Satnami, filed a complaint with Deccan Police, alleging negligence and lack of safety precautions.
