Rain Alert in 10+ States, Delhi Heats Up: Storms, Snowfall & Rising Temperatures

•Heavy rain alert issued for Telangana, West Bengal, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.
•Uttarakhand to experience snowfall above 3000m; Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh to have light rain.
•Delhi's temperature rises to 30°C, with nights at 13°C; Uttar Pradesh cities like Gorakhpur, Lucknow, and Agra also heating up.
•Bihar, including Patna and Gaya, to face increasing heat ahead of Holi.
•South Tamil Nadu and Kerala expected to receive heavy rainfall from February 22-24, with a 2-4°C temperature increase in the North.
