Iran hit by 4.4 magnitude earthquake amid US-Israeli war

•A 4.4 magnitude earthquake struck Iran on Tuesday, 52 km northwest of Gerash, southern Iran.
•The shallow 10 km deep quake occurred at 12:24 pm local time, potentially felt intensely.
•While a 4.4 magnitude quake is considered light, minor damage like cracks or falling items could occur in poorly built structures.
•The earthquake adds to instability in war-torn Iran, where 555 people have been killed in three days of bombardment.
•Ongoing US-Israeli bombardment could impede relief efforts due to damaged infrastructure and stretched first responders.
