US Probe: Washington Responsible for Deadly Strike on Iran Girls' School, 160+ Killed

•A US military investigation found Washington responsible for a missile attack on Shajarah Tayyebeh elementary school in Iran.
•The strike killed over 160 girls and a total of 175 people, including students and teachers.
•Incident was a 'targeting mistake' due to outdated data from the Defence Intelligence Agency, which mislabeled the school as a military target.
•The school in Minab county was adjacent to an Iranian military base and was formerly part of it.
•President Donald Trump denied US responsibility, blaming Iran and suggesting they possess Tomahawk missiles.
